Orders will be processed and an order confirmation email sent shortly after payment is received. - Orders will usually be shipped within 1 business day after completion. Stock issues or technical glitches can happen from time to time and if any issue causes a processing delay an email will be sent to the address provided by the customer explaining the issue and suggesting options. ## **Payment Options** - We offer secure payment options with both Paypal and Stripe. - These payment providers can be used whether or not you have an account with them and they can process your credit card payments. - At the point of payment customers will be transferred to the website of their selected payment option to complete payment. - All details of credit cards or other payment methods will be entered at the Paypal or Stripe websites and will not be accessible to us. ## **Returns:** - We accept returns, for a full refund of the item price, up to 60 days after the date of purchase, provided the goods are returned in unused as-new condition and with original packaging intact. - Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. - We take great care when packaging orders.
