Matilda's Own Joseph's Coat is a 2 piece template for an 8.5" finished block.
Laser etched for accuracy and translucent for fussy cutting prints.
The Joseph's Coat design is often composed of patchworks blocks made of scraps of different materials. It can also be made using the same fabrics in each block.
Matildas Own templates are laser etched for 100% accuracy. The digitally etched markings are precise and accurate. They will not fade over time or wear off. The easy to read fluoro green colour is great for working with both light and dark fabrics. The translucent plastic is perfect for fussy cutting prints.
Template pieces have 0.5" seam allowance markings with small holes to facilitate marking of fabric.
NOTE:fussy cutting is positioning the template over a selected motif on the printed fabric in order to have that image centred on the cut piece of fabric.
